Critical consensus achieved. Shall sportsfan be banned from creating GDTs?

Well if you just create one before him then there's not problem  He only makes threads when no one else steps up. So if you don't want a negative thread, then make one yourself!

I was thinking about doing that just today, but he had it up 4 hours before first pitch (OldChelsea started Saturday's thread roughly one hour before the game).  But yes, folks should stake their claims early using this very GDT thread.  If we can get to the point where people are calling them a day or two ahead of time, that should help.

  • Hell yes!
The team winning % is .621, so anyone below that mark in starting threads win % is underperforming.

I should be undefeated. Both of my losses came in fluke incidents.

1 loss was the Braves game where we melted down.
The other loss was on a call by the umps earlier in the year that lead to a run or two (yes it happened and yes I'm sticking with my loser talk)

What's the Chief's magic number?

Where has Chief been lately?  Did he decide to quit while he was ahead?

Chief is emotionally distraught over the capture of the mother of all burmese pythons in the everglades.  17+', 160+ lbs.  Carryiing 80 eggs.  it is a difficult time to be a large reptile.  Or is the theory now that dinosaurs were birds and not reptiles?  Either way, he is taking refuge, Oscar style, in his trash can over this.

Home gameday threads have been super quiet the past couple months. As one of the few Nats fans who can't ever attend a game, I kinda resent it.
