Now that I think about it, my diet really is crap...last few days:
fried eggs and bagels every day (plus some bacon)
deep fried chicken parm sandwich w/ onion rings
chili cheez dawg with fries and mac & cheez
sausage & pepperoni pizza
steak fajitas
lots and lots of beer, rum, and wine
I should probably go sit in a rabbit hutch and nibble on greens for a few days & let the ticker recover.
