It would be nice if ESPN mentioned it. What's the point in draft coverage if you don't say what the trades are???  :roll:

My guess would be around 50% of the time on average. On teams that know what the hell they're doing it's much higher than that.

More than half of the 2010 5th rounders played last season. Most of them in 10+ games. A lot of last year's 7th rounders made rosters, too.

Jason Reid did a story about this last week, responding to emails from people saying the Redskins had a lot of picks ( 8 ), three of them 7th rounders.
