Pitiful. We look exactly how I thought we'd look against Moyer. We've faced him several times over the last few seasons and it's pretty much the same result every time.

Anyone know the stats for the racial makeup in MLB? Last I heard it was like 70% white, 18% Latino, and 12% black. Is that correct?

I know African-Americans are around 8%. I will have to check the numbers but I think that the number of hispanics in the MLB is over 50%, which is definitely the case in the minor leagues.

just out of curiosity, why is this significant, in the context of this particular game? where they talking about it during the broadcast or something? I haven'tt been watching the game.

Nope. Just wondering. I'm wondering why all of our trades seem to be latino players, specifically latino infielders, as compared with other teams.

Embarrassing. The last two games were quite quick, particularly last nights. Now tonight the game is exactly half over and it's been an hour... A nice two hour game to give the Nat's their lucky 13th I guess.
