If the Nats pull off a comeback, this is the best win of the season after the opener.

damnit, Milledge couldn't manage to get on base so Dukes could represent the go-ahead run.

(i like Lastings, i really do.)

freak a Saul Rivera. Dumb beyotch. That 2-run double he gave up to Schneider was pitiful.

If the Nats pull off a comeback, this is the best win of the season after the opener.
If we lose, it's one of the most disappointing losses of the season. Not embarrassing but frustrating and infuriating.

This has been quite a game. I do need a shot, though.

and re-signing guzman was a pretty good idea, huh? 8)

P.S. Flores isn't expected back soon and the Nats have faith in Acta (two new articles posted on nationals.com)

ok let's go.

1-2-3 inning here.  Dukes leads off the 9th with a game-tying HR off of Ayala.

please?

If NOT, it is PROOF POSITIVE that Manny Acta's ass should be FIRED, FIRED, FIRED, for leaving Odalis Dominican Republic in to give up 1-2-3-4-5-6 EARNED RUNS!!!

Nationales 10
Metz 11

I seem to remember you having a minor woody for Milledge earlier this year.  Now you're on his hatewagon b/c you think he's ruining a game where your precious Dukes hit a HR.

You're hilarious and risible.

haha that wasn't weakly and i can't comprehend how you like one player and not the team.  I mean if Milledge went 0-for-7 with 5 k's and balester gave up 7 runs in 3 innings, but the nationals win, i'm happy.

you really need to re-think your priorities.  and this is coming from a guy who never usually bashes you until tonight and your childish remarks.

It just sucks to let all these runs go to waste. It's happened two nights in a row. Our offense has been great this series and with average pitching we sweep the series. The starters have been awful and the relief has been no better.

Amazingly, this could be the funniest thing said in this thread, and there were quite a lot of hilarious things.

I don't like Hanrahan pitching in non-save situations.
