Looks like we're going to see O'Connor next.

4th outfielder at best.

Are you crazy?  Milledge and Pena would never see the field if Church was still here.

Because you are an idiot.  He is miles ahead of Milledge in every aspect of the game.

church never amounted to anything worthwhile as a expo/national. he NEVER was going to amount to anything as a national.

and it's still not even a month into the season, let's see what Church's stats look like in August.

Care to make a wager on the better stats between him and Milledge.  I'll take any bet on any stat, besides stolen bases.

He was joking.  Tomterp's one of the biggest Church supporters here.

I adhere to the notion that Church doesn't have the stamina to be an everyday outfielder throughout the course of a season.  His numbers are going to get worse in June/July.

Church can go freak himself.  He was given a golden opportunity to start and hit .250 with no power and no patience.  Figures that he starts to actually produce once we get rid of him.

You have to give it to Hill. He pitched one of the most unintelligent games I have seen all season.  He let the terrible hitters beat him and did not pay any attention to who is on deck.

But still, he's only given up 3 runs. If he was given the opportunity to pitch the 6th and didn't give up another run, that'd be considered a QS, right? I still put this 90% on the offense.

I still believe it. He's not *that* good. he's just on a hot streak.  he'll come back down to earth.

let's revisit this at the AS break.

Nieves is far and away our best hitter.  Paulie should never see the field again.

Besides, his age + average skill wouldn't fit here as well as Milledge does right now.

Nieves = Schneider, without the Nats Fan Manlove.

Nieves is a better defensive catcher than Schneider.

Yep, I said it.
