Espi strikes out.  Harper walks.  Zimm pops up.  Harper steals second - here I thought he was out but replay shows he was safe.  Morse strikes out.

I'm so freaking tired of everyone here blaming the Nats players for screwing up. Newsflash, the other team is made up of other major leaguers as well. Sometimes they actually do something good... and it's not the Nats screwing up.

our 3 and 4 hitters both at .220.  is there another team with such a futile tandem in the heart of the order?

We just need to be patient and give them more at bats. These guys need stability in order to perform at peak levels

Former Nat (and '05 Overachiever) Nick Johnson (wearing a number 50% higher than the one he wore in DC) pops up to Zimmerman.

Maybe there are some further down in the standings?

What is Moore's ceiling? He has some flashes where he looks like something special.

I remember reading that Moore's only tool is power, but it looks like he might hit for average too.

I'd say it's somewhere between Cuddyer and Willingham.

Sorry, but no one has ever said that.

Dunn was a 2nd round pick. Moore a 16th round pick.

How much money do you think Edwin will make this offseason? I know most think he'll sign long term elsewhere, but I'd do anything to have him back.
