How's their insurance company liking it now? I assume if it was on their property then their insurance is paying for the repairs, not yours, right? Not quite sure how that works.
Actually, it's not that way in MD, at least not in Montgomery County, so they dodged a bullet. They are actually a nice family, just too attached to their trees, even the dangerous ones.
