I hope the gonzalez fanbois are happy. They got their wish and gonzAAAAlez showed why he should never start. If he scores that runner, maybe strasburg doesn't crap the bed in the 7th. We can't afford to start him again even with desmond's troubles. You can't have wil nieves-lite in the lineup and expect to score.
Knight said he's probably the second best fielder on the team, behind Zimm. Kennedy and Desmond can't hit, and Gonzalez is a better fielder, so what other option is reasonable?
