Flores is batting 3rd and playing DH for Harrisburg tonight.

He singled in the first and then scored on a 2-Run Single by Matt Whitney. Flores is batting .429 (3/7) so far in his rehab stint in AA.

this ump is bad. He isn't giving Jordan any close pitch.

That slider was a strike.  Wright gets the calls, there is no denying that.

On a side note, Willingham is trash batting 5th (and anywhere else). Since May 18th when DUKES went on the DL, the Nats are 2-7! DUKES IS AN ALL STAR!! SEND HIM TO ST. LOUIS!

I said the game was over before it even started.

well I was almost right. it's the first inning and the game is already over.

more bending over for Sheffield.

Dibble, you don't know what you are talking about.

Walking the bases loaded would have only made matters worse. The fact is that our pitchers/pitching coach have no clue how to get the best hitters on the other teams out.

I guess he forgot to throw extra pitches in the bullpen.  :bang:

Screw getting him out, why even pitch to him after what he has done to us the first two games?  The pitching game plans are complete trash.

Harsh criticism by Dibble of St. Claire.  He's really pissed at Zimmermann being hung out to dry with bad pitch selection.

agreed. Sheffield is not nearly this good at this point in his career. completely laughable. 8 freaking RBIs in 1 series?!!

Man Dibble is ripping the hell out of Acta + St. Claire.

I forgot that salvaging a win after dropping the first two is meaningless.  :?

Yep, and it looks like that new pitching routine, which investigative reporter Taylor is about to go on about, is doing wonders.

how many runs does Santana need to win a ballgame? Dibble: "This is it."

man, even the announcers are telling the fans to turn the game off and find something else.

Wright should have never been on base anyway, Zimnn struck him out a few times but didn't get the call.
