Am I the only one who wonders why the entire team hasn't been ordered to go through Church's "Visualization" training?

Are you kidding or did he actually go through this training.?

The Brewers' hillbilly pitcher gives them another scoreless inning, with another LOB.

Damn. To me the difference in this game is still the failure to have Nook bunt the runners over early in the game. Simontacchi would have knocked in the second run. Oh, well. Manny will learn as the team continues to improve despite the unnecessary losses.

wow, just wow.  Just when you think we have found a new reliable reliever.. game set MATCH, 7th embarrasing loss in a row.

edit: He should have never started the inning to be honest though.

Too bad they didn't pull Kearns for Langerhans BEFORE Kearns' last AB.  Langerhans couldn't have been much worse.

And that is why Abreu is a career minor leaguer. Because it doesn't matter how fast you throw, major league hitters will hit a fastball that is belt-high over the center of the plate. Randy needs to break out the Ramon Ortiz lecture.

He may throw in the mid to high 90's but that's useless at this level if it's without movement.

AMEN. Unless you throw 110+ fastballs down Broadway are meaningless.

So much for Winston's honeymoon.

He has a high WHIP for much of his career in AAA in the Oreols farm system.
And Hardy pays off in his first week on my Forum fantasy H2H team, homers.

Nats 3
Brewers 5

I don't think Schneider would appreciate 110+ fastballs.

We're all done. Suddenly, Erica's question about Don Sutton joining our staff doesn't seem too unreasonable anymore.
