Cabrera is the best hitter in baseball. There is no excuse to pitch to him with bases empty.
There is no excuse to throw any hitter in baseball anything to hit on an 0-2 count..

F*ck this team and Jerome Williams.  How do you give up a HR on an 0-2 count??  This team is in the gutters and is likely done for the season.  They will never recover.

Until they actually do... the Marlins are not that good either...

How many people here are seeing an ignore button or link underneath each users' avatar?  PC brought it to my attention and I didn't even know there was supposed to be something there...  it's not showing up on my computers at all in any browser  :|

Zimmerman with our lone hit of the day. He's going to be hitting .300 very soon.

Have fun in Columbus, JW.

Please, please, just let our bats come alive in this game.  I've given up on our pitching, but something good should come of this.

All I see is the image placeholder for it. But it is an active hyperlink.

Ever since you installed it...I'm only getting a white box with the red x in the middle (corrupted image icon).

I noticed it yesterday Chief. It's a little rectangle that appears as if there should be an icon inside it but instead there is an X with the word ignore next to it.

Where are Livan Hernandez, Ramon Ortiz, Pedro Astacio, Tony Armas, Claudio Vargas when you need them?

I don't know why we got rid of Livan and Ramon. We would've had a satisfiable rotation with Livan, Patterson, Ramon, Hill, Bergmann.

There are 3 things I've noticed about Dolphin Stdium:
1) Hitting a fly ball is usually a waste of time
2) There appears to be maybe 5,000 people attending today
3) Somebody needs to DRAG THAT ORGAN PLAYER OUT of the booth... and GIVE HIM A PINK BELLY or something.  SHUT THAT THING UP!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's annoying Debbi's baby-in-process...

I've never found Livan to be "horrible"...but of course, my standards aren't much like yours.

Realistically i would want 4 of them. Claudio Vargas just pitched a gem last night. He struck out 11, and struck out 3 straight with the bases loaded. The only one i would be skeptical about is Tony, though i would take him over Jerome and Chico any day. I'm curious to know which 1 of the 5 listed you would want. I'm guessing it would be Ortiz? Since he's 3-0 with a 2.00 era.

Has this lineup ever picked up a bat before?  So often it seems like they've never done it before!
