Working from home this week, so I did the Rock Creek-CCT-Bethesda fandango for kicks yesterday afternoon...the cool air in that old railroad tunnel up by the Delcarlia Reservoir is sublimely lovely on a steamy hot afternoon after that long grind up from the river (easy grade, but steadily enough uphill to get a bit oppressive when it's 95+ degrees out). Will probably do the same this afternoon once I've pounded a few gallons of H2O.
Round tripper to Bethesda. Should be fun.
