Schneider, Fick, Kearns, due up in the 9th. Sounds like runs, huh?

I just read that Burgess signed. The article also indicated that they are not optimistic about signing the 3 we mentioned earlier Ken.

Why does it feel that we're down by a rack of runs?

Because two down for this team offense is  a "rack of runs".

Great, we're looking at 0-5 against Chicago going into tomorrow's game (which I will be attending).  On a side note, the Nats are 0-4 when I attend games this season.

Something's gotta give....wait....nevermind

Yup ... jacked a home run to dead away center - last year against Livo - not sure about this year - but it's been done ...

They have until the end of May 2008 to sign Detwiler, but only until August 15th for Smoker and McGreary. The Nats had BETTER SIGN Detwiler, because he their 1st pick, and they DAMN WELL BETTER SIGN Smoker, because if he doesn't sign, it means the Nats let Soriano go for just Jordan Zimmerman, and he's all the Nats get for Soriano, they should hide their heads in shame.
