Ten minute discussion about where Davey played college baseball including "Did you ever get to meet the great Sadaharu Oh..." long silence... one of the announcers has a collection of autographed baseball items...more excited about having a bat and tee-shirt signed by George Brett than about the game.

Wandering you-tube yesterday, I found a clip of a bad call by Joe West that led Dibble to field a grounder and throw right at the legs of a runner.

Zimmermann is pitching a terrific game and the Nats are getting some runs for him unlike some of the earlier games.
