Cumberland.

It snows pretty hard over that way doesn't it? My son goes to WVU, so I drive to Morgantown a good bit. It seems like it's always snowing in Garrett County.

Some people don't seem to get this. Maybe it's the terps and their lingering attachment to the birds?

4. Boston Celtics
5. The non-AQ cause (for CFB...)

Nats
Md basketball
Skins
Md football
Caps

Pretty much all I care about these days.  I could be pursuaded to get back on the Wizards' bandwagon if they ever showed a pulse.

Yeah, Garrett usually get's quite a bit of snow. It's not unusual for guys to be coming into work from that area having snow covered cars where as we are just getting rain.

In the spring and fall when I'm driving back to DC from the Pittsburgh area, I can be in rain in P'burgh, freezing rain east of Morgantown, snow at Frostburg, sleet in Cumberland and sun outside of Hancock.

Yep. Flurries in Morgantown usually mean major snow showers in Garrett County, MD.

If pulse is what's required then how did the Caps make it on the list?  :hang:

Yep. I've only rooted for the Caps for the handful of years they won the Stanley Cup.

When folks ask where I'm from, I don't say Baltimore and Washington, just DC. I have family in Baltimore, love 'em dearly, but the only thing I love about Baltimore is

Yeah, the Fells Point location closed. Much like you, I liked me some Obryckis.  :)

I didn't know that they had a restaurant at BWI.

The only crabs that I ever heard about in Cleveland were of the sexually transmitted variety.

MLB - Nationals obviously.

NFL - Carolina Panthers.

NHL - Carolina Hurricanes.

NBA - Charlotte Bobcats.  NBA is tricky for me.  I love watching big time games between two good big market teams because the officiating is less biased...if that makes any sense lol.

It's been a rough few years in sports for me lol.  Things are finally starting to look up for the Nats/Panthers though.

Just curious, why the nats and not the Sox when you've got the rest of the teams from Boston on your list?

Just curious, how did you pick the Nats?
