Then maybe they should start getting on their comrades rather than tip-toeing around the problem and blaming the offense for "not scoring more runs" when that isn't the problem. 11-26. They don't need a spokesperson, Tom. They need a kick in the ass.

What are you dense?  (sic)

Do you really think for one moment that the members of the bullpen, Cabrera and Olsen don't realize that they are stinking up the joint?

Dunn is not a pitcher (though his mom said he was   )  I applaud his attitude that he still can find improvement in his game, and likewise his fellow hitters.  That's a much better attitude than some smug "well, we're doing our job, but they aren't" finger pointing.

We know he's not on a date.

That's wrong.

sportsfan is probably flying back from Las Vegas tonight.

True enough, but you could probably use an enema.  Lighten up a bit man, it'll numb the suffering.

That's the sort of negativity that might chase players away from your board, Chief. Such talk.

Besides, my "suffering" when pertaining to this team went numb long ago.

What are you? A BS Nats spokesperson? A Kasten stooge like 320?

lol nice reference.

And I know you're numb, I have several of your beer-induced posts to prove it ;)

Actually with the way I've been sticking up for the Lerners lately, I'm surprised no one has accused ME of being a stooge.

I know Villone used to be a starter but Manny is really abusing him.

Everyone's afraid of being Dunn-rolled.

We are still compiling inconclusive evidence to use against you.

Yeah and Manny will run him into the ground. It's not a knock on Villone at all.

It may end up being that the night our bullpen doesn't drop a deuce on the mound our offense fails to score enough runs to overcome Martis' bad start.

Another leadoff runner. We have to plate this run.

Problem is, our bullpen is one player (Villone) deep.

Sometimes Wells is good for 1 inning only, guess we have to hope this is one of those times.

We have a better chance of Nieves driving that run in than we do with Kearns.
