Everytime you say "this is the worst loss of this franchise", you just know another, even worse loss, is coming. So this is temporarily the worst loss in the history of this franchise.

I've lost all enthusiasm. I don't even want to watch this team anymore. it hurts too much.

the ownership and on down to the front office and manager, this team just doesn't give a freak.

You'll be here tomorrow night.  moaning, screaming as usual. Who are you trying to fool?

Just before the last round of bullpen roster moves, manny promised additional moves if the 'pen continued to struggle. Anyone actually believe these moves will happen?

Oh and for the record

If you think the lowly nats are the laughing stock

a game like this is 10x worse and trumps Mannys "rock bottom" or whoever that was. Wwere 10,000 leagues beneath the freaking sea

hearing those Philly fans scream and yell in jubilation just makes it hurt even more.

this might be one of the worst losses in team history.

I'm keeping this one on speed dial.  I think it perfectly embodies what it feels like to be a fan of this team

This is one of the worst sports collapses I've ever seen.  You have to go to the NCAA tourney of recent years to see losses like this.  It's like Bills/Oilers '92-level.

The only thing that makes it not so bad is that it was a meaningless loss in a meaningless game for a last place team.

It is an inexcusable embarrassment to put this pitching onto a major league field. It all starts with the cheap owners who have failed to address pitching for the last three seasons. And then it continues with their inability of the management to address the situation when a closer shows he can't throw strikes.

If some heads don't roll tomorrow I might be done with this crap.  How can you score 11 runs, hit 5 HR's, and lose a game?  Unbelievable.

Ray Knight just said that Hanrahan looks scared out there. I agree. he's got to freaking go.

who's going to close though? seriously we have no one out there in the pen who I would want closing right now.

no way you can salvage a season after a loss like tonight w/ manny acta as the manager.

martis messed up plenty of times but the bats picked him up.  that clubhouse has pretty much reached an all-time low after this one.
