Hope not, I think he is always going to be a partial year pitcher.  Never seems to get get a lot of starts(arm trouble?), last 4 years 9,7,25 and 14 this year.

It's opening day...to the start of the second half of the season! I'm kind of excited, even though the season has been terrible thus far. We should see lots of moves over the next couple of months, along with some new faces. Hopefully they get Strasburg signed also.

If he stays healthy the rest of the year, I still think he'd be worth talking to.
