Yeah if Bard's busted gonads are ready to go, I want him to tear it up so we can trade him.

I actually think I would like to see Guz, Gonzalez, Bard instead of Guz, Bard, Gonzalez.

 That way if Bard gets a hit, Guz and Gonzalez can use their speed on the bases. If Gonzalez gets a hit and Bard is on the bases...

4 day of Cubs fans followed by 3 days of Mets fans - that just isn't fair.

The Met fams surrounding us last time were pretty good sports when they lost by 157 runs.

Two of these games are on WGN, I rally need to get the cable installed so I can watch these games in stead of watching on my computer with a mediocre wireless signal and sometimes sluggish video processor...  Maybe I'll have it ready to go for the series in Chicago.  Plus that'll be the day before I go to St. Louis for that series!

At 26-61 if the right people are in place(Knight's comment) and get better does it mean the the Nationals will become a mediocre team?  It would be a step in the right direction, but is that enough to create excitement?

Around here maybe.  Not in the general populace.
