I haven't received any kind of invoice or accounting statement from the team, even though they promised it about 2 weeks ago.
I was promised an accounting statement about two weeks ago too and have received none. I bought six strips and went on the payment plan for my regular tickets. They skipped my payment on Nov. 1 but I would still like to see the numbers.
