I talked to a diehard Reds fan last night, he's aghast at what they gave up, and now they'll have to sign Votto since Alonso is no longer the 1B of the future (I wonder if they could have gotten someone like Cain or even Lincecum for Votto). Terrible deal for Cincy.

I think the Braves trying to trade Jurrjens falls in the same category as Latos. They'd be smart to trade him before he has any signs of arm or shoulder problems.
