Soto is a badass. Much better offensive player than Flores.
Don't be fooled by Soto's (or Nieves) "hot" start.
No way, Jose. Don't be fooled by Soto's "hot" start. The Nationals have shown the rest of the league how to get him out with ease. Nothing but changeups in the dirt and breaking balls. You are underestimating Jesus.
The fact that Cubs fans are showing up in droves worse than Sox fans do at the Trop speaks volumes about the Nats' fanbase.
I've seen Soto play quite a few times. He's going to be a .300 hitter for a LONG time. That's not the type of hitter Flores is. Just because we've gotten him out for 1 1/2 games doesn't mean he's doomed to fail.
Soto will not be a .300 hitter. Flores will hit .270-.280 with 20 HRs and a boat load of doubles perennially for us. He also draws walks.
Colome will DEFINITELY be pitching today.
Milledge is garbage. Why did we trade Church for this bum?
