I'd rather stare into the sun than watch this team.

Those pictures of we suck are so funny, but true.

However today only our pitching is bad.
The other stuff is working out better.

Somebody get the 3rd out please!

Sun is down like 3 hours here...

Perhaps it's late enough to call it bedtime, but hey I'm free for 3 weeks, so I'll sit this out. I've sit out al lot of soccer games who were worse.

Booker makes the final out.
5 run 7th.

Let's see if our offense can also do some damage.
They're pitching is not good also, so...

Come on Soriano!

Looking at the big picture, the silence from Kasten and the Lerners is particularly deafening.

The silence, on some level, implies that this level of play is somehow acceptable.  Bad play from bad teams is understandable and expected but play like this is so far beyond the pale of "badness" that I think, from the front office, something should be said.

Like what?
I guess, Frank said it all and why say something about the obvious in stead off focussing on the future.
Silence not always means that you agree on something. It also can mean that you have nothing usefull to say.
You can then also just keep your mouth shut and do the talking in the off season.

Zimmy is 4 for 5 today.
Nick advances the runners, but 2 outs.

Ak strikes out, strands 2.
That's something to be disgusted about indeed.

I want them to say that next year's team will be better.  They've never said that!  Hell, they've never even implied it!!!

That's a big promise to make.
They've said they are working on the future.
Perhaps they can brief us on the road to that future, so we know what to expext. But that can wait until after the season.

And another walk.....
Number 8!

In stead of a walk, that was ruled a low strike for a K.
2 outs.

I've looked it up on the Nats side, Robert is also on the list for RF.

Ray King out for a new pitcher.

Felipe: Go out and get him!

The announcers were talking about the wins in this series.
All games were won by relievers who were up for 1/3 of an inning.
Inclusing today, if they can finish it savely.

Sori on second.
Is that a steal or defensive indifference
He has to wait for nr 40.
