Riggleman should have pinch hit for Lannan.

I really thought that with sportsfan out for the season, the level of nagging, whining, and favoritism in game threads would go way down.

Boy was I ever wrong.

Gotta love Wikipedia.
They removed the date of death already and added:
This page is currently protected from editing due to vandalism.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Joyce

But includes:
"Controversial Call

On June 2, 2010, Joyce made a controversial call at first base, ruling baserunner Jason Donald of the Cleveland Indians safe. Had the call gone the other way, pitcher Armando Galarraga of the Detroit Tigers would have completed a perfect game, having retired the previous 26 Indians batters without allowing a single baserunner. Replays appeared to show that the call was incorrect, and that Donald had in fact been out at first.[1]

Tigers' color commentators said that "The Tigers' fans have been cheated out of the greatest pitching experience in Tiger history."[2] A perfect game by Galarraga would have been a set Major League record of three perfect games in twenty-three days."

Olberman is defending Joyce, saying the CF camera showed Galaraga didn't make a clean catch.  From every replay I saw it was obvious he was out.

I bet my brother a 40 that there would be another perfect game this season.  :?

I'm willing to propose a bet right now that says Strasburg will take a no hitter into the 6th before this season is over.

I wanted to see 2 perfect games within a week. It would be so cool to witness that such a hard achievement not only happened within a month, but a week. The next step would be same day!

Karma dictates Livan pitches one at some point this year.

I thought that sportsfan882/ASSCLOWN was only able to post Mondays and Tuesdays.

1) Was there another bet or ban?

2) Or is he in prison, like spidernat, but lacks enough seniority to get internet access?

Fangraphs would close up shop.

The whole Washington Nationals team would be charged for manslaughter because the employees at fangraphs committed suicide.
