It's not like this team is on the verge of becoming a contender or anything. I'm all for giving him a chance next year unless we make a big free agent signing. Question is..will anyone want to come here after this season?

I don't know why our pitchers can't throw strikes in a game they know we can't win.   There should be absolutely no pressure on the MacDougal.

The clock struck midnight for this pathetic bullpen and they turned into a pumpkin and whatever else happens at midnight again.

terrible. Martis gives up 2 runs in 6 innings and these freaks give up 2 runs in 1.1 innings.

time for another clean out in the pen. get rid of almost all of 'em.

When you are living on a Anderson Hernandez 3-run homer, you are living on a prayer.

No, but you gotta start somewhere. This season is a wash, we need to start thinking about 2010.

plenty of blame to go around.  if martis had any defensive help at all he could been saved 20+ pitches.  dukes has two chances to make big catches and blows em both.  we seem to give the opposing team 3 extra outs a game

the offense once again non-existent.

The young starting pitching has been awesome lately. They have given us a chance in each of these games against TB and NYY. Too bad we have no offense and our bullpen (Ron Villone) sucks.
