I thought it was a Bromo-Seltzer tower (have never actually set foot in Baltiless but I have heard of a Bromo-Seltzer tower there - I think the stuff used to be made there).
Looked like an old "skyscraper" .. kind of like the Woolworth BLDG in Manhattan.
