Probably not, though Mantle's distance counts how far it rolled. The ball bounced inn the top of the back wall of Griffith Stadium (500 feet) and bounced down the street. It wedged under a car.
- Mantle also hit one to dead-center in old Yankee Stadium that hit a light pole or would have gone out. Probably longest ever in that stadium, which had a CF wall about 500 feet (or longer). Hit off of the Nats' Pedro Ramos.
