Just tuned in, what do the red K's mean? The ones on the back wall recording the number of strikeouts? It is a mix of red and white Ks...

The red ones are supposed to be backward K's to signify striking out looking. But whoever is doing it must've messed up and used a red one for a swinging strikeout.

Every three is a red K to make it easier to see how many strikeouts the pitcher has. Count the number of red K's, multiply by 3 and add how ever many white K's come after the last red K.

That's what it seemed like but didn't make sense when I thought about it. Though I am more accustomed to the differently colored Ks the ones dished out by relievers.

Hypothetical question: if both the ALCS and the NLCS ended in sweeps, would they move up the World Series or keep the original date?
