And you could improve your posts if you learned the difference between "they're" and "their".  "They're" is a contraction of "they are", which obviously doesn't fit in your sentence.

Thanks. I know the diff. I just don't give a sh*t. This is not English class. And I was a journalist for 15 years. I actually used to write for a living.

Writing to "Penthouse Letters" doesn't count.

I cannot believe a professional writer would ever not care about using the appropriate spelling for a word.

He was also a starter in the minors and never pitched above AA. Can't be easy. Still, I think we should have sent this one back.

No, he was incredibly good throughout spring.  He couldn't have possibly been better.  If you think he should have been sent back, then you are pretty much saying nobody should ever take a rule V draftee.  Is that your position?

If you didn't know, correcting grammar here is sort of his thing.

If it's a reliever who is going to take a 25-man spot from a guy like Balester, then yes, that's my position.

A professional writer after four margueritas doesn't really give a sh*t about typos.

Desmond gets a haircut and shaves and begins to hit again...if Werth doesn't come through he should do the same
