Perhaps they overpaid, perhaps not. If they win with him and win a ring or two, the price will be well worth it. RGIII may not pan out, who knows, but he's the most dynamic qb prospect we've seen in a long long time, if ever. And before someone says Mike Vick, Griffin is a far better passer at this stage than Vick was at the same time. It should also be noted that Vick is a better runner agility wise. Speed is pretty close, but Vick does stuff with his feet that only Barry Sanders did better.
If Griffin does fail, it won't be due to a lack of effort, talent or smarts on his part.
Disagree. RG3 played weaker competition in college and may throw far, but he's not the most accurate passer out there. I'm all for believing in your team, but I see the Skins fans being greatly disappointed.
