Tom Brokaw narrates the video, in which Ralston describes how he achieved the escape feat.

While the book was a bit grisly, it was one of the best books I've read in the last few years, and I highly recommend it. Would you be able to summon the courage that he did?

I don't know if you've heard of these Mob Flash demonstrations that sometimes take place. Someone once did a Mob freeze at Grand Central STation in NY. At a certain hour, the participants just froze. Well here's another similar demonstration. It happened in a Belgium trainstation. I found it on Huffingtonpost.com. Its NOT political just something interesting. At a particular moment, a large crowd started dancing to the Sound of Music's Do Re Me....

Its really cool!
