Holy god did I pick the wrong week to start biking to work with all of my gear with me. The wind was so strong on the ride home I literally almost got blown off of the 395 South bike path. Serious, serious workout (my shoes are soaked with sweat) but I feel better than I ever have in my entire life. I did, however, have a little snack to calm the blood sugar (280 calorie Cherry Garcia bar) but I'm hitting the weights in an hour, time for more water.
