This cracked me up. It's kinda like saying, "now if they could just make peace in the Middle East..." 
It isn't unrealistic at all. We have Arizona and San Francisco coming up on the schedule. Even mediocre play from our bullpen should give us a few wins through the rest of this road trip. Even bad players can play good when it is against other bad teams.
