My synagogue offers karate classes. My son took TKD when he was younger. He did pay attention, but found tackle football better...."Dad, I just like to hit things". Glad he didn't decide on boxing. I took karate from a fitness club for years in NY. Kept me in great shape. Used to be able to have my leg put almost above my head vertically during our stretch sessions. Now I'm lucky if I can cross my legs!

Hey Minty.  What about theater classes.  I took intro to theater with Montgomery County Rec (Street 70).  We were always moving and improv lets you be as silly as you want to be.

As an actor myself, I want no part of my children doing theatre . . .    :lol:
