Is that really a slider Lannan is throwing at 86? His fastball is barely 88.
that was more of a cut fastball than a slider.

Phew, that last out looked like a shot off the bat. Attaboy, Johnny. Belliard - FAIL.

The only way Crow can be a free agent is if no team drafts. Then he becomes an undrafted free agent.

And I'll ask again; why does Belliard play over Willie Harris? Ever? I don't care if he is batting well recently.

Gotcha, Bob and Rob keep calling it a breaking ball. I was like...really?

Be careful with Bob the other day he said that Gomes hit a double inside the 2nd base bag?

Not impossible with the impression he's probably given teams over the last year. $3.4 million for the 9th pick? Not good enough for Crow. $3 million after being selected 12th? He spits on it. This kid is never going to get to the pros because he won't accept that he's not that valuable, especially with his questionable mechanics.

I request:
Morgan single
Guzman single
Belliard flyout
Dunn home run
Willingham double
Dukes single
Gonzalez single
Nieves single
Lannan groundout

He'll be lucky to get a happy meal at this rate.
2 years is like an eternity to prospects.

Reds announcer: "I saw Mike Rizzo in the lunch room before the game and I reached into my wallet and gave him two bucks and said, 'Here's our contribution to the Strasburg Fund,' and Rizzo laughed and said, 'I think it's gonna take a little more than that.'"
