I am here guys. Have a 7-page paper due tomorrow at 9:30 am (still a long ways to go) but I got the Nats and the Wizards games tonight, plus the hangover if the Wizards get eliminated so I'll probably won't get started until 2 am ... :)
Haha, that's like me - I'm doing a take-home exam during today's game. :D

Not liking how many pitches he's having to throw. It's in our best interest that he tries to get guys out as quickly as possible.

Great inning from Hill.  Nobody put good wood on the ball.

Hey, can I listen to the game anywhere online? (besides MLB radio).

Why did Guzman just take 2 fastballs right down the middle?  That's the first time all season

Add Jair Jurrjens to the long, long list of decent-or-better NL pitchers this line-up can't hit.

Looks like Jurrjens is in for a career game.  :?

What's up with all of the weird start times today?  I saw that there was a game or two starting at 3:45, and this one started at 4:30.

Strange!

Not a good start for the bats.  This game is a must win I believe.  It could propel us to go on a nice run, or fizzle out.

Why does Moron Taylor insist on calling Luis Ayala "Louie"?

Nice quick inning for Hill, and far fewer pitches thrown.

Why does MASN employ her in the first place?  Life's mysteries...

Hill is on a roll.

Anyone care to speculate who will replace Cordero? It almost has to be Schroder.

Good inning for Hill.

Barry speculated that it will be Lo Duca and that we will keep 3 catchers and use only 6 relievers.

You're right but it's probably because her husband is a scout in our organization. :?

Another thing:  Debbie Taylor is not even that attractive.

That's not a wise move unless they are choosing to use Estrada strictly as a PH until he's 100% healthy. But there is another move on the horizon, I believe, with Mackowiak so they should call up a reliever in the meantime. Cordero will not be back anytime soon so they can't survive long with 6 relievers.

It makes no sense to have Lo Duca or Estrada on this team, and certainly not both with Flores and Nieves being ready.

I really hope we cut steroids Lo Duca or Estrada and bring Schroeder up. I don't really have a problem in admitting a mistake early in the season rather than throwing a season away because our starting catcher can't catch (or play defense in the case of Lo Duca).

FIXED

  She might do OK in a Eukanuba dog show though.

Anyway, with Colome and Hanrahan in the bullpen I don't like the idea of having only 6 relievers.
