That's about the clearest sign that the league is mailing it in for the entire season.
Pretty much - and probably before this month is out the All-Star Game (Columbus, 26th-27th January) will be taken off too. If any semblance of a 2012-13 NHL season is salvaged I'd be frankly shocked.
