We can't win too many games.  We are still the Nationals.

If you looked at that stat you would figure we would be at least 5+ games over .500.

Instead we will be merely .500 after today. :? Awful
The Cards have a +23 run differential, yet they are only at .500. That is unbelievable if you ask me.

Nice job by Ankiel drawing the walk.  Alright Jayson we paid you a lot of :money: to tie the game in situations like this.

Good drive Werth, a lil short.  I still feel we'll get some more chances in the next 3.  Im a drinking optimist today.

Unfortunately, "close" only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.

he's not getting a lot of great pitches to hit.  we could need zimmerman back, badly.

You're such an assclown.  I can't wait until Linty beats you - AGAIN - and you're stuck with that moniker for another six months.

Bad bullpen and probably some bad luck.

The Nats have gotten starting pitching that has been extremely, unpredictably good yet we are lucky to be .500. Half the bullpen has been great and the offense has been the worst in the league. We have wasted the starting pitching.

I sense the often talked about, rarely seen triple switch coming up - Flores stays in the game, Hairston into CF batting in Pudge's spot, and the pitcher hits in Ankiel's as punishment for walking.
