That kind of attitude is no more helpful than the minority of posters to whom you're referring.  I think if you put SF on ignore you'd find game threads a lot less negative
freak, if you don't want negativity go follow a team that's not the worst team in baseball two years running.

good job Willie :bang:

Justin Verlander just went 8 innings, 125 pitches (and won me 10 fantasy points).

I just don't get Riggleman's quick hook.  And Verlander was losing the game until the 8th inning!  His pitch count was 115 after 7 and he was down by three runs.

Complete game shutout for Wainwright.  God, they're going to be slobbering over him tonight on Baseball Tonight.  >:(

I hate that kind of thinking:

"The strike zone's a little bigger now, and he deserves that."

No.  That may be how it DOES work, but that's not how it's SUPPOSED to work, nor should it.

The repeated slurping of the Cardinals by Carpenter makes me want to freaking vomit.

You think AP is big and then Dunn is standing next to him and AP looks tiny.

Carpenter can't read, it said Dunn was tied for 3rd in game winning RBI's and Pujols was tied for 6th, so Dunn has the edge.

How many strikes is Wainwright actually throwing?  He seems to be throwing an awful lot of pitches that aren't strikes.

But that can't be.  Dunn isn't a difference-maker.  It's a fact in certain posters' minds.

he's been getting the outside corner called all day but those same pitches aren't strikes for Mock.
