Manny offered 25 mill a season by dodgers.

according to Sportscenter, the dodgers offered 25 mill per season for 2 or 3 seasons for Manny.

either 2 years, 50 mill, or 3 years, 75 mill.

and he still may not sign there, because he wants a 5 year deal at least.

Still, that's a serious offer.

I'm not sure anyone will offer him 100 mil. What if he gets dispossessed again and leaves the bat on his shoulder?

I think he cares more about total contract number than about per year averages; he knows this will be his last pay day so 4 at 80 probably would be better than 25 per for three years.

Number was revised downward today, seems he was offered 2 years for a total of $45m, or average $22.5m per season, slightly higher than Santana, lower than A-Rod.  It also seems apparent that the offer is going to be refused.
