But this was pretty great: http://www.fangraphs.com/not/index.php/the-houston-astros-disappoint-a-guy/

I do remember this paraphrase from Spamalot.

I love the still of the player who looks like he's trying to block the throw to first. It's as if he is saying "Gotta stop that throw!!! it'll go down the line, then the right fielder will miss the chance to nail bernardina by throwing it off the railing up the line!!!"  I have not seen such a futile attempt to stop someone from throwing since the first Giants - Patriots superbowl and Richard Seymour hanging onto Eli's jersey as he throws to the guy with stickum on his helmet.

Yes I did!

Yes it is.

No it isn't. An argument is a connected series of statements intended to establish a proposition

You're just automatically gainsaying everything the other person says.

I would have thought Bernie would be Doug, but I guess he's a Shark and not a Pirranha Brother.

Detroit Tigers ‏@tigers
The Tigers today have released LHP Fu-Te Ni from the Toledo roster. (via @BBritten_Tigers)

We have to pick this guy up, just for today's thread...Ni!

His legs are sore.

I read that about him being pulled last night. What I don't understand is even with a broken wrist he could have run , done the steps at the stadium and wind sprints to stay in shape. I don't get the excuse of  he hasn't gotten his "game legs" back.

We root for Hamels and the Marlins  , right?

I prefer to root for Minor to lose rather than for Hamels to win :)
