This, to me, is the real test.  I think the Giants most improved their chances at the deadline and if we win the division is most likely to be the team to knock us out in the NL playoffs.

Braves down 1-0 in the 3rd.  Still early, but that's a good start...

Decided to tuurn on MLB Network for the first time since we don't have a game for 2 hours. Man it is a channel for true baseball addicts. So many games, so many names I don't recognize.

Man I hate west coast games! It's half as bad as an off day.

Part of me wants to move to the west coast just so my sporting events end at a reasonable hour.  Especially during college football season...

Yeah I sometimws get jealous of west coast dwellers, they can watch sports games earlier in the day, but then I remember I can take the metro and watch a game for around $25 for my favorite team so I shut up.

Hoping I can still live within the region once I graduate  but gotta move with the job :|

3-0 Atlanta, bottom of the 6th. Thank you Dodgers! Though Braves could have a comeback like last night.

I saw Vogelsong beat the Cardinals 15 - 0 last week. He is good, and the Cards played dead. Cards 2B, Gree ne, was so bad they dumped him a day later. (Won the next night). Probably a tough game...but then the Giants have to face Gio, and the Nats are pretty good.

Does Suzuki hit well enough to deserve the start? Been on vacation since they got him. Box scores don't look good. What am I missing?

Ah I am OK with being an hour or two away, I just like the east coast. As long as I don't end up in NYC, too much civilization for me. Going to be internship/starting position hunting this fall, I would like a job when I graduate may 2014...

Well it definitely sucks that Werth is out.

Power of Moore or speed of Bernadina to sub?
