You expect them to win every game. There is no pleasing you. You look for the faults instead of focusing on the positives.
We are 40-72. People get so caught up in the moment that they forget that we are still a complete joke and have the worst record in baseball.

We had multiple streaks like this one last year but we still finished with the worst record and carried no momentum into this year.

The win streak was a blast while it lasted but let's get back to reality here.

SF is never happy unless he can say "I told you so."

Which means he is only happy when the Nats are losing.

Yikes maybe I am bad luck!
Ok I'm out, hopefully they'll start playing like they were over the last 8 games!

SF, you are so annoying.

How about you stop trying to make others miserable and go spout your negative bullcrap somewhere else.

I wouldn't give up yet. Not with this offense. I know it doesn't look like our night, but you never know.

The Phillies are being no-hit so far. OMG they are going to lose every game left.

Last year they finished off August with 6 straight wins and then went 7-17 in September.
That is what I was referring too.

The Natinals didn't have a manager last year.  They had someone who watched the games and then tried to explain why they lost.  Seven times he was completely befuddled, because they'd won.

Now 15% off!!

The Phillies are 61-48 and 3.5 games up in first place. They can afford to punt games.

The Nats are 32 games under .500 and have the worst record in baseball despite going on a fluke 8 game winning streak.

Hopefully we bounce back quickly and don't let the losses mount like what usually happens with this team after a winning streak ends.

It would appear not.
