Just an FYI...I start the gameday threads every game I can, and it's more or less my job to do them.  When I'm not here, like today, someone else starts the thread around gametime.  If I had been here to do the thread, your thread would have been deleted.  Luckily, I wasn't here, so your thread stayed.

Wait a minute. Were you really pissed off that he started tha gamethread, and did your "job"?

No, no, no...when I'm not here, I'm thankful for the person that fills in and does the thread for me.

The O's score 3 runs in the 9th to win 3-2 over Seattle, their 4th win in a row.

No...I'm glad that you started the thread, but puzzled that you started it three hours in advance.

Very solid outing by Lannan.  How can they send this guy back down?

All right, as fun as it was chatting with bbq552, I've got bigger and better things to do than watch the Nats offense not produce crap.

BTW, I'll probably just delete all of bbq552 vs. the forum from the thread after the game.

Look at Gameday, the first two pitches to Pujols were strikes.

What the hell is he swinging at that pitch on an 0-2 count? Reject

Unbelievable. Another case of a guy looking like he's simply guessing the pitcher is going to throw a strike and overcommitting.

Pitiful. This is easily one of the worst offensive performances in Nationals history.
