Screech wasn't invited because he is a garbage mascot. No offense to the guy/girl inside, but Screech is the worst mascot concept ever.
That's what they initially said about the San Diego Chicken when it first arrived. It became a baseball icon while it was in it's prime. Now it's just another dead mascot.
