everybody wants to nag about the pitching, but what about the defense? we lead the league in errors by a LANDSLIDE!

That's true, and a lot of that is on Acta. Regardless, the errors are not the reason why the team has the horrific record they have. It is due to the pitching. Everything starts with pitching, and the worse the pitching, the more opportunities for errors.

We know who the defensive liabilities are, but some of them (like Dunn) are taking it upon themselves to continue to work. For a big defensive mess, Dunn has been willing to play at 3 different positions and has shows some improvement. Meanwhile, the team stuck with Alberto Gonzolez when he was a disaster at shortstop, where you can't afford it. But once again, Dibble is correct. Working on fielding and defense every day is part of the job.

It is inexcusable that Acta would not force this team to have daily fielding practice.
