As long as he plays the hits, I saw Dylan at Wolf Trap fifteen years ago and he played about two songs that I recognized.

Heroes was a terrible Bowie cover.
Being a huge Bowie fan at the time, I always preferred the German version.  It just sounded a bit more demented.

Actually, a lot of songs sound better in German, even though I don't speak it.  99 Lufbalons is better than 99 Red Balloons, etc . . .

Heroes was a terrible Bowie cover.  You're probably also buttcised about seeing the Chili Cookoff this year that's another "we wish it was 2002" band reunion.
Unfortunately can't go for the first time in a few years. Going offshore fishing with family and friends.

You'll be bringing your Better than Ezra and Marcy Playground CDs with you though, right?

That's a little too early for young SF.  If you had said Gin Blossoms or, say, Local H you'd be right in his wheelhouse.

99 lufbalons was written in German, no?  like Der Kammissar. That's another that sounds better in German.

Haha, screw you, man.  I'm actually going to that this year.  They're actually having a lot of newer alternative bands like Neon Trees, Civil Twilight, AWOLNATION, and Airborne Toxic Event.  Plus, I don't care if it's 1998 or 2048 - Cake never gets old.

A double bill of Deicide and Morbid Angel would be my first choice with Odd Future and Kool Keith a close second.

I saw them open for Samiam in Houston ages ago back when they used to just sound like crappy Metallica. Samiam was so late and so drunk.
