Oh my God, Harahanus gets a save, the Nats commit 0 errors.  How did that happen?

Most importantly, Danny Cabrera didn't walk a single batter tonight!

A scoreless 9th inning for a Nats reliever?  SHOCKING!!!

sigh

Great.  Now nobody gets fired.
I don't know what this save by Joel will accomplish. Acta will suck his dick in the post-game presser saying that he has bounced back and has turned the corner.

We've seen this a million times from Joel. He has several bad outings and then one good one and everyone acts like he's never blown a game and will never blow one again.

I guess that brings the season ERA down to about 6.8?

Hanranhan did NOT have a good outing.

Falling behind hitters is not the way to close out games effectively on a nightly basis.

It is a shame that the Nats fans have to treat a win like a Duke University treats a football win.
Man I hope starts getting things rolling

My 10 year old dog died right after Hanrahan got the final strikeout. He had been battling some messed up heart/blood vessels for the better part of 2 weeks and died minutes after the Nats finally won.
