Wow, a couple of really hittable pitches there, we caught a break.  Maybe Giancarlo wasn't expecting fat pitches in his wheelhouse.

Yeah, he got really lucky there.  That ball could still be in the air if Stanton had gotten a hold of it.

That's the way they've been playing up until six games ago.  Amazing.

Give him full credit though, he didn't puss around the zone, he mixed speeds and went after them, albeit in some hittable spots but he obviously had hitters guessing wrong.    :clap:

I don't think very many people were hopeful that we'd get out that with no damage with Lee, Stanton, and Ruggiano batting.  Awesome job by Drew.
